Experience Authentic German Culture

GermanFest isn't just an event, it's an immersive cultural experience. Attendees can indulge in a variety of authentic German dishes, from bratwurst and schnitzel to pretzels and strudel. The beer garden will feature a selection of German brews, perfect for toasting with friends old and new. 

Live music will fill the air, with performances by traditional German bands and dancers, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie. The festival's commitment to "Gemütlichkeit"—a sense of warmth and friendliness—is evident in every aspect of the celebration.

Don't Miss the Wiener Dog Nationals

One of the festival's most anticipated events is the Wiener Dog Nationals, held at the Headwaters Park West Pavilion. These spirited dachshunds race to the cheers of enthusiastic crowds, showcasing their speed and charm. It's a family-friendly spectacle that's sure to bring smiles to all ages. ​

If you have a speedy dachshund, there’s still time to register! The race is scheduled for June 13. Race check-in is from noon to 1:30 p.m., followed by the race at 2 p.m. 

FamilienFest

On Saturday, June 13, FamilienFest takes center stage at Headwaters Park West. This special day is dedicated to families, offering a range of free kid-friendly activities, games, and entertainment. It's the perfect opportunity for children to engage with German culture in a fun and interactive setting.
