Bluffton's street fair runs Tuesday through Saturday. The Mitchell Persimmon Festival runs through Saturday, and the parade is at 2 p.m., the same time as Purdue vs. Notre Dame in West Lafayette. The Carmel International Arts Festival is Saturday and Sunday. The Colts host the Texans at 1 p.m. Sunday.

Bluffton Free Street Fair
Tuesday, September 22 through Saturday, September 26, downtown Bluffton, Wells County. The opening parade starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The 2026 program puts the national anthem and the parade awards at Main and Market. Mitchell Persimmon Festival
Through Saturday, September 26, in Mitchell, Lawrence County. Main Street is open, and the carnival opened Tuesday. Rides run 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, and noon to 11 p.m. Saturday. A wristband is $30 Tuesday through Friday. Food stands are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Food trucks are 5 to 10 p.m. The grand parade is Saturday at 2 p.m. The schedule is at persimmonfestival.org.
Carmel International Arts Festival
Saturday, September 26, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, September 27, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Main Street and Rangeline Road, Carmel, Hamilton County. Juried artists, nine mediums, a main stage.
