Fishers plans to start the construction at 141st/SR37 sometime this Summer. They are hoping to wait until the Allisonville portion of this massive project is finished before they start that. So traffic doesn't get impossible to navigate.
Allisonville Road is still closed north and south of 146th Street. The contractor will implement a new traffic pattern for
eastbound and westbound 146th Street on March 21 (see map below). Please use extreme caution and follow the 35mph
posted speed limit.
The closure is part of a project to create a grade-separated interchange, aiming to reopen by June for Conner Prairie’s Symphony on the Prairie. Residents can access their homes but cannot cross 146th Street. Detours and speed limits will be posted for safety. The project is expected to finish in Summer 2025.
What Will 146th Street And Allisonville Road Look Like When It’s Finished?

Why Are They Building A Roundabout?
This project is needed in order to reduce congestion at the existing intersection.
