History of Nickel Plate Hotel
In 2018 Browning and Dora Hotel Company unveiled plans for a landmark hotel — The Nickel Plate Hotel. This six-story hotel integrates with the 180,000-square-foot First Internet Bank HQ, which is part of the Nickel Plate Station multifamily project.
Design-wise, the Nickel Plate Hotel is where sleek design meets local history. Right next to the Nickel Plate Trail, this spot will sport a chic black brick look with limestone highlights, a shout-out to the old Nickel Plate Train's original colors.
