Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are, however you may be listening. Thanks for tuning in to the Get Indiana podcast network. My name is Dominic Miranda and I've been covering sports for nearly a decade. Most of which right here in Indianapolis. This is the Get In Sports Podcast. We're going to be covering everything in the Hooser State, high school, college, pro, in the sports capital of the universe in the greatest state on planet Earth.
Thanks so much for coming on this journey with us. Let's get into it. Hello and welcome to the Get Indiana podcast network. This is Get in Sports. Spangle is here. We're talking high school football.
Look, we've been hearing you guys. I hope you enjoyed our last high school football extravaganza. Every single Tuesday, we're going to be talking all things football, high school, college, potentially some pro. Although we got a we got a week still. And I even want to say we want to do a little bit. We want to give some love to some other spots across high school.
We have to which we dropped uh one. There is the preseason volleyball rankings. Okay. So, shout out to all of our high school volleyball athletes. Go look at get in sports. We just dropped our I believe it was our top five high school volleyball programs of all time.
Yes. Do you know the top five high school volleyball programs in Indiana? Muny Central's in there. No. What? No, I don't think that's it.
Uh, Belmont's in there. Uh, no. Not also not in there. All right. So, we're really But you were close. You were close on the first one.
It's just not central. Is it? Oh, it's just my Burus. Muny Burus. Muny Burus has 23 state championships and they won 14 consecutively. I believe the peak years were 1997 to 2010.
Okay, dude. Miana volleyball is crazy. I think that's what they call that little region. All of the I would say what is it? I think four out of the top five volleyball teams in the state of Indiana dynasties are all in like the greater Delaware County area. Why is that?
Do we know why that is? Why are they putting in the water? Maybe three out of the five. Actually, I lied. Three out of the five top volleyball programs are on the Muny area. Yorktown's in there.
Yorktown is in there. Okay. Is Delta High School in there? Not Delta, but another small one near there. Another small one near um Delta. Give me like uh Anderson.
It's fun. It's fun to say. It's very fun to say. How about a little Missinoa? Close. Close.
Wait. No. No. Turn your Okay, I'm getting off. Wait. Turn your M's to W's.
Whisininoa. Wapani. Wapahani. Wapahani. I did a story on Wapahani High School a couple years back. Their basketball team was going to state after a tornado rips through.
Really cool. Indiana. Yes. Or like Winchester area. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. So interesting. Anyway, the other one So the other ones we have are Mishawaka. Peak years were 86 to 94. They had nine consecutive semi-state championships.
No way. Which Wait, wait. Nine consecutive semi-state. Did they ever do they ever make it? I don't know how many they won. But does that mean they won they had nine state appearances then at least but maybe 0 and9 on that would be brutal.
I mean that's the Bills. And then the other one would be Providence High School had three consecutive state titles 13 14 and 15. Providence was one of the ones I believe who's won three or more baseball state championships since 2000 as well. You have to check with Shane. I love giving love to different programs around the state because there is more than just football going on here in central and the state of Indiana at large and we like giving uh props to those who who are doing well and that have uh some traditions. And it is volleyball season as well, Spang.
So, we should be we should be giving them love. But I do want to recap. I mean, I feel like we really hit everywhere around the state last time we did this. Every Tuesday, Spang and I are going to be doing this. You know, he's a busy man, but he's going to make time for get in sports, I think. Absolutely.
Uh we just got back from a wedding in Oregon, by the way. Beautiful country out there, Spank. Did you have a good time? I We had a great time. I want to shout out Get In Sports listeners. Uh Cole Taylor, Andrew Bashet, and Zack Williams, the groom.
Appreciate that. We got Avon represented. Heritage Christian represented and McCutchen almost forgot about. But anyway, hey, we had a good time. Let's dive in. I jinxed it.
I totally jinxed it. Uh last week we talked about how Yorktown Yorktown 830 and I said I told my story about Triton football this week biggest blowout of the week the it's so unfortunate the Breamman Lions beat my Triton Trojan 62 nothing 62 which is crazy because Triton had been super competitive and won that game uh not that long ago and so to see Breamman back on an upswing there I like that for Breamman though because I will say Breman wasn't exactly a powerhouse when we were going through. So to see for yourself, they beat me every year. Yeah. See the Lions doing well. We love that.
Yeah. I I literally spoke that one into existence. 62 nothing's a tough one to come back. That's a bad beat. There's no There's no doubt about it. Were there other There was only one overtime game last week.
Uh one, I believe one overtime game. One. Okay, we got to talk about this because I we've been hearing you guys from the region. Okay, we've been hearing it. Oh, I have been Hey, I love the region. We love the region here.
I love 219. We love Fort Wayne as well. You complaining in my comments consistently doesn't it it hinders my opinion, but know that I love the region. I love all Lake County, all Porter County, half a Leaport County. It I I hear you. We're talking because the one overtime game went to double overtime.
This was Lafayette Jeff and this was Marville. 5654 Maraveville gets it done in OT. This has been a good start to the season for Marville. The Pirates who just went to state a year ago and lost to new pal in class 5A. Marville now up in 6A in sectional one. Okay, I mean we're talking one, two, three.
So went to semi-state three years in a row, then went to regional. Two more semi-states in a state. Since 2019, Marville has been knocking on the door. Is this the year that they bring a state title back to the region? A win over Lafayette Jeff 5654 in double overtime. I got to say Lafayette Jeff two tough games to start their season.
Losing to Chitaard and then losing to Marville 5654 in OT. Double OT. Marville 2 and 0 wins over Andrean and Lafayette. Jeff, let's clap it up for Marville. Shout out to the region. Uh Marville is unranked.
Correct. Now they are. They are ranked now I believe. If I'm looking right here in class 6A, they are ranked 11th now according to the USA Today poll. Wow. Well, I mean that's that had to be uh absolute track meet.
5654. Get this. Guess who Marville draws this week for their efforts. How about seventh ranked crown point battle of 2 and 0. Battle of the region. Drive through both to get up to Chicago on 65.
There you go. It's going to be a lot of fun. Spang. So, you know what? Good shout out to the region right there. Appreciate that.
Interesting games that stuck out to me. Spangle Cascade. We talked about Cascade. Remember this? How South Putham wins class 1A state. They move up to 2A.
Cascade wins class 3A state. They move down to 2A because of enrollment. Because of enrollment. So Cascade, one of the bullies of class 2A there, new head coach, the whole deal. They lose 34 to 21 to Danville. Now, Danville is a good team and I believe they're up a class or two, but Cascade losing and I know there was another game spangle that stuck out to you that you alerted me of at the welcome party there in Oregon.
Oh, this was my we called this as game of the week last week. We said keep your eye out on the East Central Trojans. Uh, I did see uh I think I I was scrolling Instagram and you know how all the kids have their little high school like whatever accounts like the bar stool this or the fake whatever that and the new pal account had been chirping the boys at East Central and I believe that game ends up 14 for the Trojan six for the Dragons 146 East Central breaks a 29game winning streak over new who had just come off beating the brakes off that team from Illinois and I mean are the Trojans might the real the real deal. They have that quarterback who's supposed to be electric, right? Okay. Jake Yes.
Jake Miners has head coach of East Central 76 and 16 in eight years. Okay. They went back to back in for State 22 and 23 down by their standards 8-4, 9 and three the last two years. But what a win on the road I believe Mr. Spangle 146 over Newgame winning streak. Incredible.
I mean, we we know New Pal's going to be there. They're still very very good, but an impressive win to hold that offense to six points. I don't know. That's that's going to be something to monitor there. East Central was uh by some polls ranked first in 4A. New ranked first in 5A.
And the Trojans get it done. Nate Spangle. How about that? And they got East Central play Cincinnati Elder this week on the road. How about that? So, new pal L.
They got Yorktown next week at Yorktown. So, that's a game to certainly keep an eye on. Yorktown is 2-0 and has uh remember they scored the 83 points there in week number one. Ryan Mingus, he's a dog. He has two division one offers. He's big and he's 6' 215 running back linebacker, 3.
9 GPA with two division one offers, all state. I should say his phone number if there's any coaches listening here, but I saw this dude and they were trolling him. like the high school kids were trolling him and then they win the game and he just like commented something back and I I loved it. I love the beef. You know, we used to have Twitter beef back in the day, but that was at the beginning stages of Twitter. Probably wouldn't fly these days.
What do they trigger fingers turn to Twitter fingers? Yeah, right. Exactly. Classic. No, I love it. I'm here for it.
Keep rolling. Some interesting uh headlines. Okay. Danville beating Cascade 34-21. Marville beating Lafayette Jeff 5654. New Pal losing to East Central 14 to6.
And then this one was probably the central Indiana game of the week. Westfield and Carmel that lived up to the billing. The Rocks get it done at home. 3834. A really, really good game. I don't think that'll be the last time those two have a classic.
And the next time might go to Carmel. I mean, who knows? Caramel beat Westfield in regular season last year. Westfield got it done in the sectional. So, does it flip this season? Because Westfield has gone to state two years in a row.
They're getting tired of not bringing home a state championship, but that one certainly lived up to the billing, Nate. Yeah. Uh, how do you say his name? Kyle. The the Indie Star Sports Guy. Uh, Nedenri.
NRI. Sorry. We should know that, but he's really good. The Indie Star Sports Guy. We got to get him on. Yeah, we need to That'd be a great one.
Absolutely. He like did like a score by score, play by not play by play, but like he did Twitter analysis on that game. Dude, I were watching from the wedding. Insane. Really good game. It was a battle back and forth till the end.
Yeah, it was. I mean, we knew it was going to be. And Caramel's Carmel's back, folks. I mean, we talked about it last week and we're going to have a video dropping literally momentarily on the rights, but uh interesting stuff. So, those are kind of the headline Spang, but we can quickly go through uh classes. Uh I would like to talk about this one.
Pretty big matchup. Uh North Judson, this is 1A, class 1A. North Judson 55, Lavll High School 12. That looked like a ranked matchup. Am I wrong on that? I don't know where Where's Lavville?
North Judson is ranked third it looks like in class 1A. Yeah. Um and they and they handed to Leville there a little bit. So shout out to North traditionally like pretty good 2A school. So North Judson potentially the real deal there. Congrats to the Blue Jays.
I'm looking here. Lafia Central Catholic 38 Indianapolis Addicts zero. So nice win there. How about this? Pioneer ranked second in class 1A getting it done over Knox 3426. That looks like a good matchup right there, dude.
They missed the If people are looking for the uh the right alerts, both rights on the wrong side. Both rights on the wrong side. You like that the Madison Grant the Madison Grant Argyles get it done over our our boys up at Southwood 36. We will keep you on on alert for when Larry Budright ends up on the right side instead of the wrong side. Coach Wright's gonna get it done. They will win this season.
Miranda Wrights. Yes. W R I G HTS. Yes. Congrats to the Argals. They move to 2 and 0 over over Southwood.
Uh continuing to go through there. Obviously, a lot of lopsided games here. I'm looking at it. 1A Clinton Prairie 21 over Frankfurt, which I believe is 4A. Uh 21 nothing. Okay.
So, shout out to Clinton Prairie there. You know what I I respect about these 1A schools and we talked a little bit about it last week. They play up. They play up a lot. And I'll tell you that's got to go a long way come state tournament time. I mean, they were all lopsided.
Like I'll just like rapid fire 1A cuz these were all lopsided. Attica 49, Tri County 12, Castston 45, Northw Clinton Central 34, Faith Christian 12. Like these are blow. Forest Park 43, Perry Central, the Commodores of Perry Central, uh, 14, Blackhawk 44, Southern Wells 13, Nightstown 28, Winchester. Okay, that was kind of a game. Here's something I'd like to bring your attention to.
The Blazers of East Side. Okay. In class 2A, ranked eighth, beating 3A, third ranked Adam Central 21-4. So East side a big win there for the Blazers 2114 over Adams Central. So really good stuff right there. That's a ranked matchup that's catching my eye.
This is the interesting piece of 1A football too is even really good 1A schools sometimes it doesn't translate. Eastern Hancock moves to 2 and 0 after beating North Decar who is current who was ranked number seven 62 nothing. M yeah, I mean that's the it's the catch 22 there. Playing up a little sometimes, Spang. But I I'll tell you what, speaking of class 2A, I'd like to bring your attention to a matchup of a team we've talked about. That would be Linton, formerly Linton Stockton, or still Linton Stockton.
We're still unsure, but they're ranked they're ranked in class 2A, but they haven't scored a point yet this season. They've lost to Riverton Park 21- nothing. Riverton Park ranked very highly in class 1A. They lost 40 to zero to Monrovia. They're still ranked. Ranked number nine in class 2A and they're going to wait third ranked Indianapolis Lutheran this weekend.
Hold on. Hold the phone. They haven't scored a point. They've been outscored 61 to zero this season. Hold on. And they're still ranked ninth and they're going to play Lutheran this Friday.
I I think that might have to be criteria somewhere in there that if if we haven't I mean Well, Riverton Park's ranked first in class 1A. Monrovia is a fellow 2A school. Linton is Monroia ranked 2A. I think uh let's see here. Linton's getting the brand bump I think a little bit. The Miners are I mean they have Are they getting the brand bump a little bit?
I don't know if you can be in the rankings if you haven't scored a touchdown. I think that's again all of I hope the Miners get it figured out this week against Lutheran. What a win that would be. That would be a huge win. Uh I that's a match up I'm keeping my eye on. I'm just curious on who's doing those rankings.
Like are they looking at scores? Yes, they are. I think there's a lot of I have faith in the USA poll. Okay. Here's my question. Like isn't there like an Olympic standard of football, right?
Like you have to score at least like three touchdowns to be considered. I think that's a fair uh I I am I'm interested in class 2A man. Lapel's ranked first. They got Shannonoa this week. Okay. Did they move up because they were third last week.
Lapel. Yeah. And perhaps they beat they look at this. They beat Hamilton Heights week one 4919. They bring beat Frankton this past week 44 to4. The Bulldogs are looking good.
I want to shout out head coach of lapel Tim Miller. If they beat Shenandoa this Friday, that will be his 100th win at the school. Hey, we love that. We What other milestones we got, Spain? I didn't see any milestones. No mileston.
No big numbers. You're right. Uh but if we keep moving up into Oh, I have to shout out this one. This is a huge one. Talk to me. Okay.
The Panthers of Lwood almost had to forfeit their entire season due to lack of participation. Yes, they like did one final push. Shout out to I have a man on the inside. I think the assistant athletic director I went to high school with them. Shout out to Derek. Uh Derek was in my ear saying, "Dude, I don't know if we're going to have a football team.
Like they're really trying to push they have to recruit these kids to get enough numbers." They pull it off. The kids come out. They join the team. They get their 10 practices in. lose the first game, but they like it was, you know, relatively competitive.
Then they pull out a huge win, 39 nothing over Tri Central. Lwood moves to one and one. I love that. Don't they have just like 20 players or something? 20 players. That is impressive.
Those are iron men, dude. I love that. I love it, too. We're not forfeiting the season. No way. We're playing.
You can't. You got to play. You got to play. Sticking our hand in the dirt. I mean, I want to know. There's got to be some crazy stat lines where like the quarterback is also the outside linebacker that's also the punt returner that's also the PAT kicker.
Yeah, exactly. Talk about statline allpurpose yards for fantasy with Jack Kaiser. Jack Kaiser status. He did everything, man. That's awesome. I'm happy you shouted them out cuz that's a really really cool story right there.
Kudos to you Lwood. We're playing football come hell or high water here in the great state of Indiana. All right. You want to talk 3A a little bit? Let's talk 3A. Okay, class 3A.
This is an interesting class. Like I mentioned, there's been a lot of movement in this class. Now, I found this interesting. Try West. They played Evansville Wrights. Remember that was at Gibson Southern.
I believe that was on a Saturday. Jack Sorg is a guy we're keeping our eye out for. They lose to rights, a 4A school, might I add. 5527. It's a little more lopsided than I was anticipating, but hey, shout out to Evansville Wrights. Look, we go the whole state here.
Evansville writes 2-0 under Cory Brunson. Okay. Wins over Harrison and Tri West. So big time for rights there. Neutral sight game. We're keeping our eye out for Tri West in class 3A though, Spang.
I'll tell you that for free. Get this. Evansville Memorial tested. They are ranked first in class 4A. They beat Evansville North in a close one 217. We We got to get out to Evansville.
Look at this. Spangle ranked sixth in class 3A. Evansville Modern Day. Go wild cats. Beating 5A, fourthranked Castle 2821. So big time right there.
Modern days. Yes. So big time win. They're two and 0 under Cody Hess. No relation to Abby Hess I don't believe. They beat they they beat Castle 20 to19 it says here on John Harrell.
Evansville Modern Day beats up in a class 5A Castle fourth ranked 20 to9. How about some thrillers in Evansville this past week? I like that. We got to we got to get down to Evansville Spang, dude. I think we do. Uh I saw a big game in the 3A.
It was Heritage taking on uh the pride of Delaware County, the Delta Eagles. Uh Heritage comes away with the seven-6 victory. That means Delta has had two weeks in which they've lost by one point. I think I saw that there was like a late touchdown in the extra point. Imagine the pressure on that kicker. A high school kicker.
Yeah. He's just like, "Oh my gosh." Like like they probably recruited him over from the soccer team, you know? like he's he's coming out there on Friday nights and he's like, "Holy smokes." Hey, we love you, man. It's okay.
Happens to the best of us. All right. So, yeah, I'm I got my eyes on Class 3A cuz this looks like a lot of teams south of Indianapolis Spangle and that's interesting to me. Then you got Andrean out of the region for sure. Um we talked about Adam Central, a tough loss to East Side. So, some interclass intraclass battles that have gone the way of the lower ranked class, the lower class it looks like to me.
But keep your eyes peeled for Evansville Memorial, Evansville Rights, Evansville Modern Day. Interesting teams there out of Evansville. I got to get down there. I got to get down there. Please, in the comments, talk to us about Evansville. I mean, we got to go to the Rights Bowl cuz we're getting yapped at because of the region.
Love you all. Yapped at Fort Wayne. Love you all. No yapping from Evansville, just playing football. Doing well down there. Okay, so that's good stuff right there.
Fairfield gets it done over John Glenn. Little We got to talk about a rivalry coming out of North Central Indiana. Talk to me. That was very lopsided. Oh, I think it was 2A zebras. I think they were ranked.
Oh, I thought you were going Pemish Walker. Uh, no. We have to talk cover that one later on in the in the episode. So, Typic Valley hosts 2A number nine Rochester. And this is this was has always been I feel like for the most part a pretty competitive. This is an old I believe it was the TRC, the Three Rivers Conference.
I believe you're right. Back in the old days, RIP. But, uh, Valley longer, huh? No, it's not a conference anymore. Uh, Valley 30, Rochester Zip. Wow.
We We were talking to Jacob Howell just this weekend. He was pumped about his mention. Not so pumped about the picture. I don't think editors chose a poor picture selection there, but it's all right. 30 nothing though. I didn't even realize Rochester was ranked.
I believe in the Zebras though. Uh, I believe Jacob Hol had a game or two. Have to believe it. And, uh, Tiffany Valley getting it done 30 nothing. Congrats. Congrats to the Vikings.
Keep moving up. We got to talk about this matchup in 4A though. Wait, real quick. And getting it done over Fort Wayne Lewis. Well done. Hey, wait.
You're gonna love this. Batesville, a big win over 1A third ranked Milin. 28-27 Batesville gets it done. I heard that was an electric game. How about that? The Southeastern Indiana loves the little Batesville vers Milin.
Uh, anytime the the Bulldogs can get it done, people go crazy. Uh, okay. I want to move to class 4A because there was some really good matchups here. Should we for into 4A? Oh, okay. Yeah, you like that.
It took me a second. That was well done. Okay. I think I think Chitaard's going to be really freaking good. Uh I This is news to know. They went to Lafayette, Jeff, last week, won big time.
I think it was 45 to7, something like that. They welcome Leo to town and they win 42 to7. I've said it before and I I'll say it again. I will let the Trojans's body of work speak for them. They are um exceptional. They have outscored opponents 38 and a half to7 over two weeks this season.
And they got Ron Kali this Friday. This is a big one. That's channel 13's game of the week, baby. Oh, are you doing but not OP football? Not OP football in the morning, but our game of the week at night. Oh, at night.
I'm going to be going solo since I left Eli for solo this Friday. That's respectable. I mean, you're going to have a heck of a It's down on the southside, right? Listen to this. They got Roni and Cathedral backto-back weeks. You want to talk about a four game stretch.
Lafayette Jeff Leo Ronali Cathedral for Chitaard. Rob Doyle two wins away from win number 100. Oh, Coach D. Let's go, baby. The claw guy. Coach Rob Doyle.
We love that. So, keep your eyes peeled for Ronali and Chitaard. Um, okay. Here's a matchup coming out of the northeastern quadrant of the state. We got to talk about number four and 4A. East Noble takes down number nine and 5A Fort Wayne Snyder 4636.
East Noble. I'm I dig East Noble. East Noble Knights, baby. I like their offense. I like their field. I like their vibe.
They beat the you know what out of us in sectional a couple years way back when, but uh they joined our sectional and just mopped the Noble County, baby. Let's go. East Noble, big win. 2 and 0. Love that. Okay, fantastic.
And we already talked about East Central and New Pal. We already talked about Cascade falling. Danville getting it done. Danville is I mean, are we going to shout out shout out to your your alma mater, Northwood? Northwood getting it done over New Prairie 3713. How about the Panthers?
They they bounced back after a tough uh tough week one loss. Uh previous NLC or current NLC team, we got to talk about Northridge a point over number 10 Columbia City. Unranked Northridge takes down number 10 Columbia City 3534. 3534. That's who Northwood lost to in week one. Oh, was Columbia City.
So they lost to Columbia City. Bad. Yes. Oh, okay. So that means that future NLC matchup there's going to be a little something extra on the table there. I think so.
Yeah. And how about this? I want to shout out Casey Gillan at Moresville taking over for his dad who was there for a long time. They're 2 and 0 now after beating Columbus East in week one. They beat Terra North in week 2 42. They got Planefield this week.
That's a matchup I got my eyes on as well because Moresville if they beat Planefield they're going to slip into the rankings there in 4A. There's no doubt in my mind about that. Uh do want to shout out Ronali beat Franklin Central 21-7. Ronali Chitaard for my money. One of the best matchups this upcoming week. Ronali Chitaard.
That game is at Ronali. Uh two region updates for you. Yes. Uh Highland moves to one and one takes down Whiting 50-7. Number eight in 4A. Hbert 52, Portage 14.
Nice. Okay, we're we're getting all over the state here a little bit. Gary West beats East Chicago Central 26-20. I do like this. Oh, I want to shout out Danville. Uh we may be there for Operation Football Sunrise Kickoff.
So, get your votes in Danville. The Warriors. The Warriors. What are the options? Danville and we had Planefield, but they backed out. Danville and Franklin Community.
Those are options for Operation Football. Sunrise kickoff. All right, let's go to class 5A Spangle. We got Concord beating Gym Town 48-13. Concord is ranked. Happy to see the Miniman making things happen up there.
Floyd Central beating Whitland 370. Let's talk about Floyd Central. I've been seeing you in my comments, Floyd Central. All right, I'm going to give you some love, Floyd Central. 2 and 0 under James Bragg. They beat Gibson Southern and then Whitland 37-0.
That's a 618 Whitland. 2-0 for the Highlanders. One of the best mascots. You did you know that? Central. I got my eyes on Pendleton Heights.
Pton Heights. Arabians, I see you. Okay. I see you getting the win over Lebanon in week one. I see you beating Garen Catholic 28 to3. Get them in the mix for Operation Football.
Pendleton Heights, the Arabians. I have my eyes on you and I like what I'm seeing out of you. Battle of the Southside, we had Franklin and Greenwood 4834. Okay. Like a little two touchdown game, but you know, I want to shout out Goan High School. Uh Griffin Hecman went to high school with that guy.
Gets the head coaching job at Goan. gets their first win under the Griffin Hecman regime. And I mean, he put he puts it down 59 nothing over Washington. Over South Ben Washington. Hey, Warsaw. Is that where you were going?
No. Warsaw with a close win over Fort Wayne Northrup. 2928 for the fifth ranked Tigers. Wow. That's good for that Curtis. Man, you also got the Bark.
We talked about the BC effect last week. Plus, we've got uh another pretty close matchup with Bloomington North getting it done by a point over the Stars of Bedford North Lawrence. I love games here in class 5A Spang. I'm seeing them on my screen right now. McCutchen the Fighting Cole Taylor 17, West Lafayette 14. Big win for the McCuten Mavericks.
Thank you, McCutchen Mavericks. That's exactly right. Terote South 14, Cooko 7. Big time for Teroot South. Okay, so 5A little light on games this week. You noticing that a little light.
Yeah, I think they went ups ups and downs. A lot of 5A teams to the ups and downs. Now we got to talk 6A. Let's talk 6A. All right, so obviously Caramel Westfield. That was the game of the week.
3834 Westfield gets it done. Game to watch this week. Center Grove and Caramel. You're going to want to get there early. Southside, North Side, a battle. Center Grove wasn't very happy about their loss to Warren Central.
They put the hurt on Fort Wayne Carroll 42-7. Big win for the Trojans. They're like, "Everyone hold the phone. We're very good still. Don't worry about us." And it's going to be I mean Caramel coming off the loss to Westfield.
Center Grove already had a loss to Warren Central. They play each other. It's going to be a fun fun game. Warren Central keeps it rolling. 4910 over Elcart. Warren Central's good.
Warren Central is very good. I will let people know we put it out there. We did not figure out what time Warren Central had to leave to make it up to Elcart in time. You thought six was early. I thought getting there is an hour and a half before. Let me talk about Fisers really quick.
Fisers, I've been talking to some sources. A down year for the Tigers, okay? Because they lost to Carmel 470. They follow it up losing to Lawrence North 48-0. Now, these are two very good teams. Caramel, Lawrence North, very, very good teams.
But Fischers is usually better than this. Fischers is usually in the mix. All right, close games, close losses. They've lost now. Quick math in my head. 95 to zero in two weeks.
Have not scored a point yet for the Fisers Tigers. So, heart goes out to Fisers. Look, keep keep trucking along. All right.
