up until now there has never been a canned option that is not sweet and not carbonated we want to get into the marketplace and meet folks we think that's a bit of our secret weapon if you have an idea or spark or something like that and you have passion don't be afraid to take a chance what's been the proudest moment that you've had from South bin to Evansville and everywhere in between this is get in the show focused on the hooer state and the incredible stories happening here today I'm Nate spangle founder of G Indiana and I will be your host for today's conversation today I'm joined by Bryce Morris Chief dad officer and co-founder of momat Bryce is an Indiana native with a background in marketing he co-founded mom water with his wife Jill after experimenting with a refreshing non-carbonated vodka water during a vacation they're rooted in Ferdinand Indiana which is down in Duo County M water quickly gained traction for its unique flavors healthier alternative and unique branding they've resonated with consumers looking for a cleaner less sugary alternative to hard seltzers we're going to get into how bom water came to life and how they've been expanding the family legitimately with family and their plans for the future Bryce welcome to get in thank you appreciate it appreciate the invite oh man I'm super pumped thanks for making the drive up so down Ferdinand for those out there is just south of jper and I think right off the top what most people need to know is like yes Mom water the beverage ready to drink cocktail that you see I mean all across the state and the country is based here in Indiana that's correct like just north of Evansville south of Jasper in that little area down there which is super cool like I think at first when someone told me about it I was like no way you're you're crazy I've been seeing this everywhere like no way it's actually based in Indiana so it's true the rumors have been busted it is true mom water based in Indiana yes uh we always say we're a Stones Throw from holiday world yeah it's interesting because we really did a poor job of telling people we were from Indiana in the beginning because our success in Indiana early on was almost being used against us when we were trying to expand other states because they would say well that's your home state you're always going to do good in your home state our response was well no one has any clue that we're actually from Indiana so you know the sales that you're seeing in Indiana those aren't because they're supporting an Indiana brand because we legitimately did a terrible job of telling people we were from Indiana so we just kind of never went back and did a lot of that you'll start to see a lot more of that this year I would say in the coming year here here we are right go well it's like when I had the the founders of Sun King on had clay and Dave and they were very much like this is Indianapolis Indiana like this is an Indiana and like they kind of like were put on the shoulders of the city in a way for like I mean for the last 15 years which is awesome I love those guys but I I do think without even telling the story that you are from Indiana like you've just crushed it so I want to take it back to the very beginning because it was almost on accident right like we kind of talked a little bit before we turned the cameras on of just like how crazy like momat is a four-year-old brand four-year-old idea concept yeah the the concept was 2020 right that's that's I would say technically the concept concept can be traced all the way back to 2018 by the time we decided to do something with it and say okay let's see what we can do it was January of 2020 but that was right before covid and so it took almost a year and a half for us to actually take you know concept into the actual Marketplace and get sold so our first case ever was sold in March of 21 so it's not even been four years yet since we sold our first case and that was in Indiana and then Kentucky came on board wait where was the place at well it's hard to determine who actually made the last sale because the only the only thing that we see is our Distributors whenever they sell into a retail store right so we're pretty certain it could have been like Bob's Liquors in ferdon Indiana because we knew the owner it was there and hell yeah Bob oh it's hilarious because the the store was actually having to put signs on their on their door that says we are out of mom water stop calling like because we didn't have near we didn't know what it would do at the time um we're like well we got friend family and friends that are going to support us great Community small community and it sold out in like 8 hours and then it just kind of the trend was what high school does Ferd and feed Inon that is Forest Park Forest Park okay I love that it's like yeah we know we're at least going to get you know into this one store and like you know Grandma Aunt Uncle they're going to go and pick up a few cases so take us back where so 2018 was like kind of the first idea like who decided you know what we just need uh we need a light tasting cocktail here so this is where all credit goes to my lovely wife Jill we were in the Dominican at and at all-inclusive and like anyone else when you show up to that all-inclusive the first day what do they do they hand you this really beautiful nice sugar filled alcoholic drink you drink it tastes great you're in the environment next thing you know you've had too many of them you wake up the next morning you're like man what do we do like you're in the hot sun all day and you're drinking all this sugar and you're dehydrated that next morning Jill we're walking around the resort recovering a little bit and Jill's looking she finds these big jugs of water and have fruit in it and so she tried some and was like oh my God this water is phenomenal what is it and she asked a bartender like it's passion fruit so these passion fruit water stations were all around the resort so Jill would drink them and she just kind of fell in love with that so by the end of the week she was taking her Yeti she would fill it up with this passion fruit water she'd walk up to the bar ask the bartender just like I just want you to put a little vodka in here I don't want to taste it I just want to keep drinking this water cuz it's awesome and so she did that and noticed like it was great like at the end of the day she was hydrated she didn't feel bad no headache the next morning recovery was a little easier so when we got home from that trip we started you know all of Jill and all of her friends were drinking this is 2018 keep in mind which is when seltzers were just kind of popping off so they were trying every single Seltzer there was like if it was out and new somebody had it at the pool they all noticed by the end of the day these same issues they were bloated they felt bad they had a headache so she kind of looked at me and was like Hey how do we do that thing I was doing the Dominican Republic so well I'll see what I can do so I just went to the store I got her some flavored vodka she started taking these little Dan or Aquafina water bottles she'd take a little drink out of it she'd replace it with a little bit of this flavored vodka and was like this pretty close like this tastes pretty good and so she started drinking those all of her friends would see her drinking these water bottles they knew her better and was like what are you drinking we know it's not just water so she'd like here try it and they really liked it and so these started popping up everywhere around our house we drink nothing but water as a family just just just kind of choices you know our kids drink water we got three kids laughingly coined the term they were Jill's landmines because they would be kind of all throughout the house but you didn't know if it was a real water or one of jills and so inevitably you know a kid would maybe grab the wrong one and we'd either catch him first or you know a couple times they might have taken a little Swig and like this water's kind of funky cuz it wasn't super strong there was just enough where something was off I kind of looked at Jill was like Hey you really need to like do better with marking these up somehow and so she just grabbed a permanent marker and just wrote mom on all ofers and you know technically we didn't coin the term mom water it was all Jill's friends they started calling it Jill's mom water and so you know kudos to her because she was the inspiration the idea and she was also the first one that said we should do this when she said that I was like do what and she's like well we should make this because you know my friends all love it it's it's solving a problem that we have which is sessioning you know stuff in the hot sun all day and feeling terrible and it doesn't exist in the marketplace at all like they're kind of a pain to make but we they couldn't find she couldn't find like anything that was even close to it and she's like and on top of all that we could call it Mom water and I was like that all sounds great but no you know like it it didn't seem feasible for us like I assumed we'd have to own a Distillery or or whatever and so you know it it took her about nine months of convincing um and I think you know the day that she fin she had to convince you for nine months yes oh wow because I was just like I was more thinking at the time I'm being the realist like Jill this 's a lot that's going to have to go into this like we were not financially well off enough to go and and start to do all this stuff and I was like I just I didn't see a a route to Market at all not knowing and so what were your jobs at the time we were both in healthcare to a degree so Jill on the caregiving side she was an occupational therapist for a local nursing home in ferdin um and she was actually kind of the therapy department lead she had been there for like 20 years and then I was with heart-to-heart hospice at the time so I was more on the Community Education um sales and marketing side if you will I met with a lot of families um and helped grow their their local office there in Jasper um and I'd been with them for about seven years so Healthcare is like definitely not in like the Creative Marketing uh I mean beverage space we we joke that Jill is the inside of the mom water cans I'm more the outside so I was always more like creative brain very left brain and relationships you know like those building relationships and creativity were my probably two strong suits I got the relationship side out of the hospice um but obviously no creativity so when when this came out and we started going down the road of creating the brand that's when I started getting really excited because that's what I tend to like to do so takes her nine months of convincing and finally you're like you know what let's do it I mean what's First Step what do you do honestly it's it's hilarious to think back the first thing I technically did I had a buddy that a a master distiller shout out Allan Bishop um where where they at so Allen was at frenchlick at the time with spirits of frenchlick and he's with uh uh POA Lake Winery now with the new Homestead Distilling Company I went to Allan I knew him and and and my friend Jo Le she was she was there with him and I kind of was like you're you're the only people in the industry I kind of know and you know at the time I'm thinking maybe I can partner with somebody like that like I'm going to have to get my vodka that was the thing I was all worried about like where in the heck am I to get somebody to make the vodka and so when I met with them they're like we love the idea like I think I think you got something there but I don't think this is probably the solution which in hindsight yeah it definitely wasn't you know there was other ways to do that but that kind of kicked off at least like talking to some industry folks and they were like agreed that the idea was there and that the product and things like that so you know and then it was just more networking I finally ran across um one of the one of the first persons that was kind of helping us on the graphic design side he was like Hey I know this company in Louisville and and I think they help with this stuff starting Brands and whatnot and um you know they were called flavor man and they basically are a beverage house right that you go to them with a concept and they let you know if they can pull it off or or not that's kind of what happened is like once we got in touch with them you know they were a great resource for us because if if we didn't know something which I didn't know anything honestly they could kind of at least point me in the right direction if you will and and they were able to kind of say yes we can do this we get your concept um we set all the parameters and that's what started it what's the initial investment you have to make to like get a beverage out in the market tough question because the actual you know creating the formula uh not bad I mean it that could be a anywhere you know I don't know5 $330,000 project like keep in mind most companies are probably doing Big Marketing studies ahead of time to see like is this going to work um so there's you know my wife and all friends like it so it must be a thing that's the extent of what we did which is you know again our route to Market is probably going to be vastly different as much good decision- making as timing as luck right all those things kind of thrown into a pot and here you have Mom water but you can get the product itself done for you don't have to you know go into debt and and do like a second mortgage on your home that we had to do whenever we got to the next phase which was okay how are we going to fund it right stop yeah so you get the you get the recipe the what what you call it yeah you'd say just your formulation your formula okay for the first four original ones or one original bever uh the first four first four what were the first four so the first four were Karen Linda Sandy and Julie and what are the flavors so they are lemon blueberry blueberry Peach passion fruit and then coconut mango and passion fruit is like the OG OG the OG which is the the Easter egg there is that Jill would not allow me to put her name on a can she's like I you know you got to know Jill she's very introvert she's like I don't want the the notoriety so I don't want my name on a can so Julie is her Alter Ego so that's what our kids coin that term so I was like fine we'll put Julie on there and and have a little fun with it plus it's passion fruit so so Julie is the original right Mom water y that was the first flavor we ever did we're like well we got to have a passion fruit because that's what started it so heck yeah okay okay so you get your formula yep you're rord and rolling and then all of a sudden where does the the time from like okay we made this formula too let's mortgage our house and go For Broke yeah so in January 2020 we started the project on the formula took about three or four months and during the project and people don't believe me when I say it but I'm like my the ignorance we had to the industry was insane um I didn't know we had to have a distributor so as in like in the alcohol world you have to have a you know there's a distributor that's in between you and the retail stores you have to have that especially for the portion of the industry we're in now some Wineries and things you can you know sell direct if it's on your premise and they're starting to try to do some laws that might change it but for the most part so you have to have a distribut do you think you were just going to load up some cases in the back of an F-150 and drive around yeah here we go like I can sell at my local store like we thought we were thinking on a level of if we get it sold in dubo County like awesome Jill doesn't have to make them anymore and it's it's less of a pain and it's kind of fun and it's this little project and so we weren't really thinking big time and so you know we started going through that and and while we're in this project I found out oh you got to find a distributor so you know I start networking through a few people I get introduced to a distributor just one person at one kind of pitched them had some like old cans with just labels we made on our printer and you know taped them on there and it was enough to where he was like yeah I who's the distributor so our our initial distributor was Johnson Brothers of Indiana um and it was which is a pretty fairly big sized one right and and at that point time it for me it didn't matter um it didn't matter at all like I was like if somebody's going to help me out like I'll go door to door and I'll sell it for them which is what I ended up happening to are are you still both working full-time then yes at that point right you're three months in you you know 30 grand whatever it was to like get the formula now you got to get to a person you know you're still working full-time both of you have different jobs and you're like you know what we're going to go and get this distributed in Du County and both in healthcare and think back to that time now is about March or April of 2020 which if you remember back to 2020 that's also when Co started yeah crazy cuz obviously totally totally stressful but what a good like release right of like you get a like you get to get 10,000 ft above it for a minute and just be like oh it's in Creative like we should put a palm tree as the tea you know and like think about that kind of stuff that's the the initial it's crazy how things happen because the initial our logo which has drawn more eyes than I'll say most logos in the the industry like you know the Hat I wear you know we've got a PGA golfer this is his hat he wears on tour it's actually been called out on PGA broadcast before where they're talking about Mom water like reading from our website on a PGA broadcast on live TV and you're like sponsors don't get that so the logo you you would think again that a lot of time and energy and thought I doodled this thing on a napkin and everybody jokes now when they see the original doodle because it almost looks like a demi Gorgon from stranger things like it looks does not look like a palm tree you know the the palm tree looked a little bit different and uh I sent it to my buddy he's like hey what about this concept you know like we just wanted to incorporate you know Jill's Vibes of like she loves the beach and it was created basically on the beach and we got a palm tree in the Sun and I said what if we did this and he's like I like that let me see what I can do the first thing the very next thing he sent back a couple days later is the logo that we have right now so um you know the names on the cans everybody asked about that I I had that idea of like you know if we're doing something called Mom water should be about moms it should be about them and not maybe the product and not the flavors and so what if we gave every can a a personality if you will like a name and so at the time I remember thinking this could go either really wrong or or work in my head it worked but I was like I don't know are people going to think it's campy like what are they going to think about this and the end of the day we decided to do it um to differentiate ourselves and just to be true to who we are which is like we want to make this about moms and uh thankfully we did it because it worked really well uh um we I think we had a few Distributors early on that said this is the first brand we've ever seen where you have you're developing a brand within a brand you know you've got the Karen the Susan you know the Nancy all these different ones you've actually got a brand within a brand I was like you know that's a good way of looking at it we I didn't realize that at the time it was just like an idea so and I think the interesting we kind of talked about it early like you know 2018 2019 2020 it's like white claw truly those are kind of popping off but this is actually a different category correct right so what you have here and anyone who's watching on YouTube right you can see we have a Susan a Cathy a Mary and and Nancy like these are not a Selzer right well I don't know give us give us a little detail about what kind of what what category we're in here yeah so there's a big you this is something we we want to try to attempt to continue to help educate the public keep in mind all of these these types of products are very new to the market I mean you were talking five six years uh that stuff like this has been around there are two if you're in a can right you're one of two things you're either using a beer or wine which is taxed it a certain way so if you hear a malt liquor right which is a malted beverage is basically a beer so like white claw and truly when they first came out those are malt-based which means they're not going to that last step of distilling and creating an actual hard liquor they're not using vodka they're stopping at the beer phase right and then they're flavoring that you can think of it I guess as like a flavored beer right that's what your original ones are well then High Noon was kind of the first one that came out that said well we're going to try the same Seltzer concept or we're going to use real liquor the the upside of that is the Taste is always going to be better like if you use a malt you're always going to have a bit of that beer sulfury aftertaste you're always probably going to have a couple grams of sugar right things like that you use vodka you don't get any of that and so the taste is cleaner a little better for you the downside is you're taxed way way more it's more expensive which is why you'll see Mom water High Noon neutral like you know some of those drinks are always going to be more expensive than W Clon truly like their original malt-based so our category the leader would be high noon so we're we're considered ready to drink cocktails is kind of like canned ready to drink cocktails our categor is anyone from the seltzers like Huna neutral to your long drinks to you know all the way down to like cut water which are flavored Co you know like actual cocktails in a can that are like you know some of them 12 133% alcohol gotcha okay so ready to drink RTD that's the category that we're talking here yes when ion first came out like why is the Selter so expensive and then you start to realize like oh no it's real Vodka it's not a malt based like which I'm sure like I feel like white Claw is probably taking I don't know they're probably still doing they're doing all right but it's like but they for a minute there it was like everything was white claw ain't no laws when you're drinking the claw right like that was a big thing and then I feel like lately it has been and you you were giving me an interesting stat earlier about like Market size and what people thought and like the way High Noon been able to crush that and like kind of like when you elevate the ceiling that does help the brands down below right like being you know number two number three in a massive category is always a good thing it's no different than if you compare the Beer Market what it traditionally was which were light beer affordable you can drink a bunch of them and then the craft beer comes along and you're like asking people to spend 14 or $13 on a sixpack of beer right and you're like they'll never probably reach light beer numbers because of the affordability that same thought process was applied to seltzers they're like listen and and still to a ree it is like you know white claw and truly even though they they've you know they've seen that kind of the market start to determine that maybe the they're not as popular as they once were they've kind of declined a little bit they're still doing insane numbers they didn't think there would be enough consumers out there willing to pay a little bit more for that that quality and High Noon kind of broke that barrier I think I remember hearing early on where there were questions to where when this new category came out of real liquor based canned drinks there will never be a brand that'll do you know let's say 10 million cases a year and I mean I think whiteclaw did like 22.
1 million cases last year um so say that say that again let me get that again yeah so high noon last year um sold a little over 22 million cases I think um in you know just I think us I think that was just us no one thought that really any product in our category would be a 10 million case brand and here they're doubling it and they're still growing so it kind of just proved that consumers are willing to pay a little more for something that's better quality huge thank you to our friends at Greeks Pizzeria since 1968 Greeks have been serving up Delicious Pies all over Indiana from Fort Wayne to Crawfordsville down to Bloomington and everywhere in between Greeks Pizzeria is all over the state you need to go check out the video I posted of Mike Cole now Mike owns the Greeks in zionville he ran the mill race marathon in Columbus and broke the World Record for fastest marathon while holding a pizza it was a spectacle it was super awesome the man crushed it he ran a 3-hour and 15minute Marathon while holding a pizza that's faster than I run my normal Marathon it was an insane feat to witness give yourself a break for making dinner tonight pull out your phone go to Greeks pizzeria.

business for 55 years they know what they're doing when it comes to Pizza go check out Greeks pizzeria. com the one complaint I have with the high noons a lot of them like even your guys right this is an eight canned like an8 can box and it's like I want to buy a case of this thing like I need a 24 rack to carry wherever I'm going we were at the indie 500 I don't know if you've seen anything that we did there but we were at the Indie 500 were the first truck in the north gate so I bought this truck on Facebook Marketplace I flipped that we actually just had Doug bows on the podcast a little bit ago and we were talking about like we were out there serving coffee donuts and we worked with all Indiana Brands and so like everything we from Upland to sunking all the stuff was there and it's like when we were going to look for and we worked with um high and mighty and a few other like local Spirits Brandon it was like well we can get like a you know couple cases of Upland or whatever it was but like we had a huge calling like there was a ton of like people that wanted seltzers and uh and the boxes just never big enough and you end up like with 10 eight packs or whatever and it's like man I wish I just had a couple cases that'll be on our radar in the future you know like when you go to big box stores like Costco things like that um you know we've not went after them yet because they're going to want a big form factor the issue that you run into there you know is if we're at1 1999 for an eight pack and you start going to like because we don't really get a lot of economies of scale whenever we're doing our packaging I mean we have a tolling rate per can that's going to be that no matter what so you're talking like maybe we save a little bit on cardboard it ain't much so our margins aren't better on the bigger form factor so that means you're talking right I'm like I don't think people are going to be you know so we've got a like we in some of those bigger packs we might end up actually taking less of a margin just to offer that out as a convenience factor which which we will end up doing I mean you know everything we've tried to do has been very consumer focused and we're not we're not in this to uh pinch every penny and try to just like you know get rich quick I mean we we really want to me it's a it's a family business right like you talk about this is crazy to me how much of your family is now invested in the mom water Journey so talk to us about that give us a sense yeah so my my parents first were terrified they were like what are you doing you know you're going to take this you you know you guys have worked hard in your careers and you know built and you're at a good place with your jobs and you're going to throw it all away and do what and so so you had yeah I guess we kind of like left off where you had a formula and you were starting to go around you got a distributor when was the the final straw we like you know what let's just go do this thing we sold our first case we we finally found a place to make it during Co that was really tough because every place that was smaller shut down to make hand sanitizer so we finally found a place in mommy Bay at Mommy Bay Brewing Company in Toledo Ohio and a little box truck would show up um at the beginning of a production run they would set up a canning line inside of this Brewery run our product for about three or four days and then they'd leave and so this small little operation and we were able to produce that um so that's how we started there once we got that first one into the market that was March of 21 by the time we got to about August we could tell like it was going vastly better than we ever thought like I didn't think we'd sell 5,000 cases and by that point I think we'd sold 30,000 cases and we were out of stock pretty much all year because we didn't have the money to just make these giant runs and so you know we kind of knew we had something we had folks in the industry telling us it was pretty special um they I'll never forget they said in the alcohol world you had kind of have three pillars right you have your product you have your brand and you have your story if you can get one of those three it's usually enough to propel your product through like Tios is always kind of the one they use as a story because their their product wasn't special it was vodka right and their branding wasn't I mean it was a texas-based vodka like vodka were always known to be like you know Russia and Sweden and whatever and France but they had a story had a really unique story and he stuck with it and went into all this debt on all these credit cards and just was like bullish on this is going to work and it did and they're like the largest one so they were selling if you get one of those three you're you're good they're like you have all three you have a really unique story your product is unlike anything else in the industry and your branding is really really different as well so we kind of knew at least we thought we had something pretty special and so by the end of that year we had a longtime friend of ours John Bell um we were in a bir club together and we knew each other really well and he was like listen man I think you have something special if you ever want help I'm in and so you know at the time we're like okay fine we were just getting to the point to where we weren't throwing our entire other paycheck into mom water every month trying to fund this thing and we were kind of like well maybe we'll just kind of wait inside pressure outside pressure all these people going you guys are idiots if you don't do something with this like Fast and Furious so we decided to uh bring Jon on as our partner so the three of us did that that was in about August or September of that year and one of the first things John said was like listen if you guys want to go big with this like probably really need to consider at some point quitting your job and I think within like two months we had both quit our job and John was like whoa I I didn't know if you're going to do it right now and we're like well you know let let's go if we we we really did believe in it you know during that summer we had a second mortgage on our house that we had to that's how we funded it because they were giving out SBA Loans during Co a little bit easier and so um you know we were just happy to have some Capital infused and to go okay now what do we got to do and our first hire was my sister Cara you know she came on board and and then we just kind of started building it from there a longtime friend of ours Jason um you know he came on to help in the sales side and you know we just started piecing that together and now yeah we have you know my brother came on board so my sister and brother are both uh part of the business Jill's brother uh Adam is is also part of the business John's son you know it and it's all everybody was kind of saying don't do friends and family we looked at it differently and said that's who we trust um we know that they're going to be working with us and as much as for us and that that was just a decision we made and turns out it was great because that way like it created a family culture at MW water so every time we hire someone new they really we we joke but it's it's really not they're they're part of the family now you know and uh and I think we we we've backed that up with everything we do so and so talk to me about the the growth and expansion there right so you're sold in Indiana and then what where did you start adding States on and give us a scale for where you are today yeah we sold in Indiana uh the first month uh then Kentucky came on a month later and then that was pretty much what we had that entire year by the end of the year we kind of had this distributor up in uh this local anheiser Bush distributor in Toledo Ohio that was that emailed me and was like hey kind of see your brand out in the market because I think the samples would run off you know out in the marketplace on Fridays after one of our production runs and uh he's like we we'd be interested in bringing you on board and so that kind kind of spurred us to go into Ohio um and that was with the beer network over there and it really just kind of took off in Ohio and by the end of that year I think we had brought on um I want to say we'd expanded into maybe like 10 to 12 States in that second year we went from at the end of our year one we were at around 38,000 cases um that we sold which was more than we thought we'd sell in our Brand's Lifetime and then year two we were in around 400 we sold around 487 th000 cases last year we sold around 700 87,000 cases so it was a 4X so year one 36 and then a 10x so started with a 10x and then a 4X from that and then a 2X yes and then because as as you get bigger it's not always you know it slows down this year we're still we're probably going to finish just maybe just under a million cases there's really not that many like we are right now Mom water is on the last I think it was like 12 or 13 week scan we are the 10th largest brand in our category there's not many in our category that are doing a million cases um there's there's very few you know um the big you know Surf Side is a big one right now and the te side of things you know te's are really hot um what's one te well you got Twisted besides that one who's the other leader Surf Side is number one right now Sun Cruiser is right there with them um that are you know that's another one that's doing well um but those are the Surf Side is the big one right now um High Noon released their own te as hoop I like the name of that one agree with I like csie I think they have a cool they're like a fun brand it looks a little fun but nothing nothing on Mom water right um I mean I just love the brand it's and it's so unique yeah um and as you've been growing right you're talking about Dad water so give us a uh a little insight into what that project is sure so Dad water was never really going to be a thing we appli for a trademark pretty early only really to protect mom water you know we're like well somebody's going to do this thing and so let's protect it and then every time we go out to a country music fest or something and we' be s we always get the joke and they're like where's Dad water and we knew that really the only Gap we had in our demographic was probably like guys our age you know like I don't know if I want to drink this stuff called Mom water in a pain can you know so we're like well so what if we did it what would it look like and so we started kind of seriously taking a look at it and that's when you know again my creative juices get going and so um you know I was into Bourbon and Scotch really well and you know obviously people are like hey what about bourbon I'm like yeah but you got to age that stuff and the the the price alone would be kind of insane right if you did like a a canned whiskey Coke or something like that right CU then it's like you know again we want to be clean and if we're sticking with what our product is and it's just a line extension not a completely revolutionary different thing then we kind of like what goes with water it's going to be a clear one and so I was starting to really get into Tequilas like probably the rest of the world yeah right this is like Peak Co you're like oh yeah you know they got a new hobby sweetheart it's tequila yeah she and she's probably like you're an idiot because I had like hundreds of bottles you know got this major bourbon collection I've been working on for like 10 years and then I got into scotch and then all a sudden I'm starting to like sneeze some Tequilas in so that was the original thing was like well we should try something with tequila because no one's really done much with it but there's a yearning for people wanting to like the younger generation really likes tequila it's kind of the one of the cleaner type you know of Liquors that you're going to drink and so we started experimenting with it like I think we have an idea and then The Branding side came in we're like well to tie it in they obviously have to have names for each one but we wanted really more of you know lean into more the masculine side and have a little fun with it like kind of what you would see inside of a family you've got your mom and your dad we vastly different we all we have our we each have our quirks and things like that and we wanted to really play off of that so wanted it to be kind of more of a Retro Brand kind of hearken back hearken back to the like the old old days probably how we were raised which is always like hilarious to think of the way we were raised compared to like the way we raise our kids now so um it just kind of started from there I had a local company that we got with kind of pitched us on on like why we should use them to help with the branding um versus the big companies and we're like totally makes sense we sat around on their floor drinking tequila and that's how we came up with some of these ideas it was perfect so that's kind of how dad water was born so it's the same concept as Mom water but we use tequila instead of vka and it's 5.
25% and Mom water is 4. 5 so we we upped it a little bit because you're going to want to taste the tequila you know you want to taste a little bit more flavor but it's super approachable what we're seeing which is really cool and interesting is that a lot of light beard beard drinkers really like d water and I think it's because light beard drinkers you're not looking for big flavor right you want something you could drink a bunch of that's kind of light and it's exactly what Dad water is and you're not going to feel like your 10,000 lbs when you finish it exactly we had we had some dad water down at the corn fairy TOUR Championship down in French Lake and it's dangerous let me just tell you like this like bare minimum it's danger because it's like yeah I'm a light like I'm a course light guy yeah hate it love it whatever that's just what I love and we we were mixing in some uh some dad Waters down there and I was like holy smokes this is a good way to lose a Saturday pretty quick it's interesting because that's that's how a lot of even my local friends started they weren't big mom water fans they like n I'm not going to drink that and you I'm like I just don't like it and with Dad water came out they're like okay I'll try it but I'm probably not going to like it and they're like hm I like this I'm like why is that so well it's got a little more flavor whatever might have been in their head I don't know but they drank a couple and they'd you know be with their they were big bush light Drinkers and then as the summer went their coolers would be like started the summer with let's say you know whatever 20 Bush lights and two dad Waters and by the time that we got to the end of summer their cooler was majority dad water and less beer because same thing they it accomplished the same thing which is light flavor it's not overwhelming and but you feel vastly better after drinking something like Dad water because that carbonation doesn't swell you up and you actually are drinking water I mean it is water in a can it's not it's not dehydrating you so um it was almost out of necessity they're like you know give me one of those dad Waters again yeah I'll I'll try one yeah I'm just supporting you I'm supporting supporting my friend they didn't want to like it I don't think um well so talk to me so uh what's your biggest state like what state do you sell the most in so right now it's neck and neck every month uh between Ohio and Florida Ohio because we just got the right distributor partner at the right time they understood it they got it to Market got us everywhere and it just went great um Florida was okay Year One it's such a big state and it's so hard to succeed in um everyone wants in Florida it's the state that's usually a platform for others and they're like if you can succeed in Florida you know good luck and you're going to be fine everywhere else so Florida we got in and really last year was our first really good Big Year there because we got Publix we got all 900 stores we got all their coold by like we had great placement and so once we got them it really boosts it up and so Florida we're actually right now in the State of Florida we're the number three RTD brand in that state so the only ones that are of us are high and neutral heck yeah yeah it's pretty crazy uh I'm going to say this is concerning this data this data ticks me off it ticks me off because Mom water's based here in Indiana and we're not are we close to the top state um it's a top I'll say seven or eight State out of 36 but I will say um I think so they changed the laws in Indiana this year for the first time which really to our benefit which is a lot of states don't allow us to be class to be sold by the beer Network like your anheiser bush or your molsen Kors right the folks that are in every bar you know sending cegs and selling your light beers we in some states we weren't allowed to be sold by that Network they classified us as a spirit which means we had to go to the folks that are selling nothing but Jim Beam Jack Daniels like and fine wine which we are vastly different we're in a can we're small margin so they changed that law this year in July and so now actually um in Indiana going into next year for the first time we will be sold by the beer Network um so I think it's interesting um all the Like rules and laws around that especially in Indiana of just like who can you know who can distribute and what who you have to go with and all those things and the one interesting thing that I've see that I'm sure there's been a huge change over the past let's say let's say 10 years we'll give it like the you know beginning of Seltzer is storage space yeah like when you think about like where you used to have just like bottles and maybe cans of beer now it's like you have to get rid of some of that to make room for the high noons and the white Claws and the mom Waters and all this and like every year it's like more and more so it's like it's going to get really really competitive it probably already is super competitive to fight for like the little tiny sliver of the walk-in cooler or whatever it is it is the wild west if you think of a store uh your local liquor store your local grocery store that has the ability to sell liquor think of them as a as a real estate agency or or a state and you walk in the RTD space space that we are being sold in is like the most competitive one because right now pretty much the entire industry is actually kind of flat as if anything it's going down like there are less people drinking today than there were five years ago the younger generation is changing their habits and a lot for the for the better right but if you think about that right so there's less of that and at the same time the the the one category that's carrying the entire industry right now is ours is the your RTD Cocktails so in all these stores to your point they us to have you know roseen rows they've got roseen Rose of Tequilas and wines and all these things they had like a little section of these rtds well now how do you go back into that store and say the RTD space is like beachfront property like how do you get space on that and even more than that is you're talking about a display so like if you want a display on the floor you're not only competing with the other rtds you're competing with the you know the Jack Daniels of the world the Jim beams the Fine Wines like the fireball like everything you got to try to get that space it is really interesting right now the whole industry is kind of you know they're not really freaking out but they're really trying to find their way and you got a lot of these major stores these major national chains that aren't quite sure what to do with these rtds like are they a fad are they here to stay who the players like you know there's thousands of Brands to choose from for them so how do they determine what they're going to bring in and what's going to turn which is crazy cuz it's like uh think about how long it's been Bud Light Kors light Miller Light and then you can throw like mobal there's like there's only like five domestics that are like the real like tried and true like in damn near every bar in America I feel like and it's like there are thousands of these and it's going to like who can survive and like rise to the top where it's like okay the three rtds that we're goingon to have I do see your point about uh it's so new like okay I'm I'm 27 so 6 years ago when I started drinking and had my first drink at the age of 21 cuz we're legal and responsible here uh I feel like when you walk through the store like I feel like who was the first like ready to was it like a uh Jack Daniels Hard Punch or something like something like that yeah probably like one of the downhome punches or you know like Mike's Hard Lemonade you might be able to consider that but like you know really lo I say yeah for Loco the really what probably I mean cuz whiteclaw had been around for several years before they really popped off and again that was yeah like they just kind of faltered around that the brand didn't start in 2018 that's just when it really went wild and all a sudden people are like so I want to drink beer but I don't like the the taste of beer JC har company is your answer to navigating the their their rapid growth cuz like for that one or maybe for those like two or 3 years it was just like everywhere and and and I don't know it'd be a good marketing site I don't think I know the answer but it definitely was it and it was probably to a degree like I said once someone came up with the idea and they put it out there all of a sudden people had a choice they're like well I can drink beer or I can drink this other thing that gives me beer Vibes but it doesn't taste like beer turns out there's a lot of people that like that we're we're betting on that for us and that's what we're seeing in the market is that our product is so different and unique that I still think it's it might still be two to three years ahead of its time for the industry even being Mass ready for it we've had the success because up until now there has never been a canned option in the alcohol world that is not sweet and not carbonated like didn't exist right so you're you know you have you've had cocktails they would maybe be not carbonated but they were sweet they had a lot of sugar you know then you'd have seltzers well they were not sweet but they were carbonated we're the only ones on that you know if you are don't like anything sweet artificial sweetener and all that and you also aren't a big fan of carbonation bom water is pretty much your choice well I think at this point he's describing I think we might need to break into one oh yeah are you game on what's your what's your favorite of what we have here I mean I got to say Kathy it's my mom okay I love that all right we TOS the season that was my mom's name there you go come on all right so I'm I'm rocking a little strawberry kiwi here what do we got I got Blackberry lime all right so Susan's the strawberry kiwi Kathy's the Blackberry lime how okay so how did you end up choosing how did your mom get on a can yeah so the initial ones that we did um we didn't put much yeah cheers we didn't put much thought into the original ones that's good silly everybody's always it's usually like their first words wow this is dangerous yeah dangerously good say that yeah dangerous because we'll get into that in a little bit exactly but so when we started um the first four names you know Linda was legitimately from a YouTube video if you've ever seen the YouTube the listen Linda video list Linda all right so we were watching that video and I'm like perfect mom moment that should probably be a name Julie was Jill's Alter Ego um you know Sandy was there that actually technically started as Becky and we got a cease and assist on that one early on because I guess there was some random small Seltzer out in Arizona that owned a trademark because their company name was Becky strange uh so we changed Becky S we see how that's working out for them now yeah yeah biggest mistake of your life and then uh Karen nobody believes me but if you think back to when we did the project January 2020 that Meme really didn't pop off until like three or four months later we were right in the middle of this whole thing and all a sudden this Karen meme starts happening and we're like oh man I don't know do we want this do you like you know but we had no money left we already had our labels and everything else so I'm like we're rolling with it we'll just try to be nice to him so we ran with Karen it was just we completely just pulled it out of thin air just sounded like a fun name the next two that came out were Susan and Nancy and we actually those were voted on by our community so we put out a social post like what names should be the next two or something and then going into our most recent ones we're getting into naming them after our parents we want to put a little Personal Touch on it we're very uh we love that we love the family part of the business and just kind of sharing that with our community so uh Mary is is our partner John's mom uh mom's name you know Kathy is my mom's and then you know stay tuned for next spring you might see Jill's mom heck yeah I love that that's so awesome so as you think about growing this business I mean it's the idea's been around for six years is but the company's been around for not even four Market what you've beening what's been the proudest moment that you've had it's hard to pick out a single moment but I'll say every time we get to hire someone you know for us we're very culture and people focused and Centric um we want to take care of of our people and hire based off who they are as a person and not not as much about maybe what they know I mean heck even I think it took us a year and a half to two years into the and into mom water project and we still didn't have anybody with industry experience on our team like we were just hiring bankers and you know far you know my buddy was like a you know basically a farmer rep and all these things and every time we get to hire somebody we really are like man hopefully we get to change these this person's life for the better it's it's a fun project we have a blast doing it the perks obviously being in the alcohol world are kind of fun I mean even though you're working hard you're usually at pretty fun events we're all virtual we don't have an office uh so early on we're like you know I I had some ideas about I wanted to hire people that we could trust that could just go out and do the work we don't want to micromanage and stuff so like I was like Hey unlimited you know PTO I I don't care how many days you take off a vacation a year you kind of know what your job is and you know we know you're in it to help so you're not going to take advantage of the situation so you know we do some pretty fun stuff like that because we're all virtual I'm like at the end of the day you're going to take off when you want to take off so I might as well say that's fine if you want to take vacation go do it so we always joke we want to make Sunday evenings fun again because usually that's everyone's least favorite evening is like oh man the grind starts tomorrow so um we just kind of do stuff like that um you know I wasn't a big I was in sales and I hated personal valuations I'm like you know most of the time that's just something for the manager to do and that actual rep or whatever is not getting much out of it so I said you know no personal valuation so we actually instead we have uh what's called nope day just no personal evaluation day and so we force everybody to not work and usually make them go to a spa or something fun you know it's like those kind of fun things how big's your team uh we are 34 with uh uh well I guess You' say 34 with like two interns heck yeah wait where are your interns from well one of them's my son so we just make him work and you know I'm round up he's going to be 20 here in like a month so is he a college stent yeah he's over at Vincent he's just went for a two-year degree he'd like to kind of come work with us I was like well I can I can throw you anywhere start from the bottom so uh he's probably G to do that then we got a middle son he's 18 he's a senior at Forest Park and then our daughter McKenna uh she is um 14 so she's an eighth grader and just enjoyed Taylor Swift the other night oh heck yeah what do what do your kids think about what you guys have done I I I do think they really have an appreciation for it I think it's probably tough for them just given their age to think back before we were in this and what life was like because it is interesting like you know Jill and I have been married 21 years and we now work every single day right next to each other right so if you think about that from a just from a a home life most people kind of freak out like man you know you're around your spouse a lot I'm like we're around each other every waking hour of every day but I think we both have the right personalities to where I mean obviously you know anyone that's been married 20 years you know it's it's work but it's always for the common goal and you know we care enough about each other that takes care of itself so we do great I mean there's there's moments like everybody you're going to have like you're sitting next to each other but um I'd say we it it's been amazing so that I think for them it's hard for them to think back before that you know when we would like leave the house every day and go to work and then come back and you know now it's like we go into the office or we're traveling we travel a lot of places try to be the face of the brand if you will yeah and I think that's interesting and I know we're getting pretty close on time here but I think it's interesting that you guys started this and got it off the ground but like there's a moment where you've kind of like put yourself into the roles that you're going to succeed the most at and like when you talk to us a little bit about that because you guys aren't the CEOs right yeah I'm the chief dad officer she's Chief mom officer just kind of being quirky you know early on we noticed that our time is best spent in the marketplace connecting with our community connecting with our distributor Partners our retailers because most alcohol companies there's no face to them you know they are owned I think I don't know what the stat was 90% of all alcoholic companies are owned by like seven companies it's crazy it's like it's not as bad as sunglasses but close it's it's crazy and so for us that's we think that's a bit of our secret weapon is like we we want to be relatable we want to be approachable we want to get into the marketplace and meet folks that's what we do and and we have everybody in the industry saying yeah that's what you should be doing so I'm very left brain as we kind of talked about and uh my sister is she has both sides of the brain and so you know my sister Cara she's our CEO um it it was a really easy easy solution uh she's really good at everything she's got still the creativity but she's also like very task oriented operations focused you know she's good at the execution side of things which is where you know I'm not as good at that so um so yeah Jill and I we we do a lot of events like you'll probably see us a lot of times even if it's a tasting um as owners we think like being connected into that it it still it helps us stay connected to the brand and what people are saying and it also helps us kind of focus and and energizes us I guess to a degree so yeah I love that and I think there's a really interesting stat you got to share about your sister please or a little interesting fun fact about your sister well yeah because everybody's like how your mom water we you know we never wanted to promote it was it was kind of a struggle we get in we're like the alcohol world I mean you know like um a lot of people struggle with that we don't want to promote anything negative on the Alcohol side or get people in trouble but um we always kind of joke we're like hey our CEO doesn't drink you know like my sister she's actually uh uh she has her pastoral license or you know she's an ordained minister so uh we kind of joke I'm like well that's that's perfect you know because we don't want everybody that's just all about the brand like we want we want to Encompass everybody you know we're having fun with the brand and um you know we hope to be able to just like change people's lives for the better you know through charity and things like that like that's that's our big goal so yeah the CEO of mom water is an ordained minister that does not drink that there it is kind of ordained on the side so yeah she uh she actually ran a u a local physician practice back in Jasper and that's where we hired her she was very well-rounded been in HR and all these things and then on the side um they were a big part of their their local church heck yeah I love that this is uh this is so fun we're coming down to the end where I have a few fun segments for us right so talk to me about when we're thinking of Indiana what was like just like the the venue that you guys got into or the bar the restaurant whatever it was that you were the most proud of uh gbridge Fieldhouse I mean we kind of thought you might say that one yeah I'm I mean I'm a Pacers fan uh first and foremost so shout out Tyrese and everybody else but Avid listener Tyrese loves the podcast maybe he will now he he loves M motor there we go all right soon to be Ty we got a chance to meet him a few times I mean amazing person like honestly all the Pacers I think that was that's really cool we're in a golden era of just like having really good humans play for a lot of our teams but um when when we uh started and we got connected with gamebridge I just it was a really cool moment once we got sold in there like we went to the first game you know and I remember to this day I'm like hey first rounds on me there was like six or seven of us at the time I'm like first rounds on me and it was like $100 for like six of them and I was like next round's on somebody else you know like holy cow you know I never thought I think it was surreal to be like hey we're sold here and and then we still remember we'd be in a suite and we'd see someone I remember we I think we still have on video we saw someone drinking one and we're like holy cow somebody's actually drinking mom you know like cuz we're so new no one knew about us and she comes up to the weed and we're all high-fiving and so it's just it's and still our tradition every year is we so when somebody gets hired into our company they get a Pacers jersey with the their number corresponds with the order that they were hired and then it says mom water on the back so that's what everyone no matter what fan they are they get a Pacers Jersey when they start um it's just part of our culture so there's about 34 Pacers jerseys out there that say mom water on them so if you see us out about you know it's somebody Water Co that's so sick oh my gosh that's that's like you talk about just like a guy from Southern Indiana and you're getting to hang out with the Pacers and run your brand anding I mean that's so fun yeah like uh I I just love that and I love just finding the cool Indiana brands that are just out there crushing it and that are good people I do feel like the the longer I host this podcast them more I just run across amazing people that are in business or whatever they're doing for the right reasons and are just like enjoying them like hiring your family members and growing a company and and then getting to go to Pacers games and and see your product come to life on the stage like amazing kudos to you guys and all the the hard work you've put in this far we've come to uh we have two segments left first one is our younger years segment so this question is brought to you by our friends at or Fellowship they're a great organization here in Indiana helping develop young Business Leaders across the state Bryce what advice would you give to your 22-year-old self don't be afraid to take chances you know I I think that was I was almost hesitant to do this and then when we look back now I'm like wow thank God we did take that chance because if not I mean we'd still be doing the same thing and not everything works out but I think you know if you're making if you're taking measured risks um to a degree I mean I don't think anybody if you ask them about their business at one point in time they had to make a huge decision and take a huge leap of faith and but I would say every single one of them would say I wouldn't trade it for anything so yeah just don't be afraid like if you have an idea or spark or something like that you have passion and for it um and a belief in it don't be afraid to take a chance he amen I love that no no trer words have been spoken on the mic today okay you're not you guy yep right so what's been your favorite moment of the IU football season th far oh man so we haven't got we got season tickets and I've only got to go to like one game so far um so we were at the Nebraska game and honestly I think just being in the stadium and seeing the team run out to ACDC Thunderstruck and you know all the white towels in the student section right that were just flipping around like it was surreal because I been I mean I'm I'm an alumni and I've been an IU fan for I mean since the 80s right the mid 80s and we're like this hibernating bear just waiting to have something to cheer about you know and seeing that moment was like this is that moment and then just building on that every I mean so for me that was just really cool to see you know seeing the the fans pack the stadium and then hearing that you know the games are sold out now and just seeing that happen firsthand awesome heck yeah I bet coach Sig drinks dad water you know he seems like a dad water guy No Nonsense guy yeah yeah right and they do sell mom water in the stadium now too because we are partners with IU so heck yeah so next time if you're uh I mean how many homing games we have left Michigan and so we will be tailgating at Michigan so if you are a mom water fan going to the Michigan game yeah we're we're going to be tailgating there with IU are you bringing the uh Sheed we are okay tell me about the shed I got to know about this thing so it's a it's a 30ft Air Stream uh we decided we wanted something to set up for a bigger activation at like country music concert and stuff so we bought this uh 2005 Airstream had a local company in Kentucky that uh completely redid it and now it's basically a mobile we call it the Sheed it's like a you know it's like a man cave but for the females it's all pretty bougie uh it's got a pink disco ball and you know it's it's all pink and gold and white we'll get the uh we'll get the overlay and like the graphic and everything it's sick yeah how do we get that thing to the nd500 uh it still sits in my driveway so I'm the one that usually toes it everywhere so you just got to find the Doug when you see this uh May we're going to going to bring the shed to the Indie 500 and do a big up there it goes over well oh yeah I love that what was your go-to drink in college uh if I'm at IU I was drinking Long Island Iced Teas out of the pitcher for $4.
75 each I think it's what they were you go to killroy I think is I think is it was killoy that had him but so I would honestly I was I'm like a garbage disposal I would try anything you know like the people that were like wait you're the one that would do like a cement mixer shot like yeah it's me and now I have like a clean refreshing water this is probably why now it's yeah I got to make up for lost time of drinking cleaner uh but no I'd try about anything I really would just but yeah Long Islands KY there we go thinking about Mom water talking about Dad water we want to talk just about moms and dads what's the best piece of advice your mom or dad gave you raising us the right way like being hard on us enough because they and I think you know maybe that's what it was was basically saying you know our our jobs are to make sure that you know you are you know contributing to society in a positive way you know that's our job as a parent um and so we're going to be tough on you but at the same time like it's going for the we're trying to think longterm it's not the shortterm easy fixed stuff and so you know instilling that in me was was a huge deal they're both teachers you know so bringing up a lot of people just instilling the right values you know and uh and they'd always you know maybe that's you know why they were always like you know treat women right and you know DB was always you know we're old school in that way of you know open the car door on a date and just things like that of I think just being raised in a certain way to kind of honor and respect others is was was probably the best thing I love that I actually learned from my grandma early on that it's not a date if you don't pick them up and pay for dinner yep two things right so there's a little word uh word for the wise out there okay we're do the lightning round now where we're going to have three questions kind of pretty fastpaced you can expand on it just a little bit so what's something the world needs to know about Indiana we are kind-hearted open folks like good Midwest values heck yeah love that this is the one this you get to to get the stage to give whoever or whatever a shout out what is a Hidden Gem in Indiana toake Winery I kind of gave him a little bit of shout out earlier um they're going to have some really cool stuff coming from the uh they're they're a brand new distiller it's called Old Homestead they're building um they've got an awesome Winery along with a brewery along with a Distillery like it is a pretty cool operation down there that they've got going on really cool places to stay um and it's kind of like you know the unknown because they just really kind of got on the radar with that um their Master dis Stiller Allen's going to be be amazing he's going to he's almost like you know I would say nationally renowned um for what he does very unique stuff so that's that's pretty good one POA lake is just south of Jasper right yeah it's in that area it's it's not too far away about 20 25 minutes from POA Lake to POA Lake Winer check it out it's on the list Final question Bryce who is a hooer that we need to keep on our radar someone who's doing big things long drink which a lot of people are familiar with their CEO Evan uh friend vars from Jasper so I got to give long drink a shout out because they also have Duo County Indiana rots wait little known fact wait is Evan is the same Evan that also ran the Odyssey right boom yeah this guy and then now he went either Florida or New York or something yeah he's got I think half the he's got a splits time I think New York and Miami wait but he's from Jasper he's from Duo County from Jasper Indiana how did you get connected with him one of our friends early on said I just think it's so cool that I now know two owners of two big uh alcohol Brands and we're like who's the other one that you know they're like a long drink I'm like well how do you know that he's like well I graduated with him he's in from Jasper I was like what are you talking about so yeah he's a co-founder and he's our current CEO he was kind of uh coordinated everything and got the folks from Finland that were because it's a finnished drink and got them to to come over and then kind of got like I think they got Miles Teller and Ricky Fowler and a few other celebrities involved so so you were saying the leadership within mom water and within long drink both originated from duboy County Indiana two top 10 brands in our category how's that that's legendary I knew that Jasper and I knew that duo County had a ton of Entrepreneurship Roots but that just proves it yes you know uh very Innovative things happening out of Southern Indiana let's go that's sick I did not know that one I know it's big a lot of people don't yeah that's sweet that that's going to be a good one uh Bryce thank you so much for coming on today it was awesome learning about your journey and I hope that those out there that listen like really do a better job of embracing yall as an as a hooer company um I think that it's for me it's like disheartening a little bit that we wouldn't be in a top a top number one state we're supporting our own Brands hate to see especially Ohio beating us it won't be for long yeah not for long but I think telling the story and like really just you know embracing you guys the way we've embraced all these other there's a lot of other brands that are maybe not don't even have as big of reach as you all so I just want to say if you're out there go buy some mom water go buy some dad water at any of your local liquor stores where all places in Indiana we can find it yeah we're pretty much everywhere um easiest way to go to one of our websites we've got a store locator on there but I mean like you know Target we're a top eight brand I think target National like we're you know it's a very Target it's very Target that's what their buyer said this was made for Target he said yeah probably so Walmart Target um Meer Kroger we're pretty much all over big reders if you don't have one of those in your neighborhood I don't know what to tell you yeah uh amazing if you're at a bar ask for some mom water right maybe they'll get them B that's the way we can really make an impact there is hey get some mom water in here absolutely um we appreciate you and all you're doing and what a just an amazing story of of Entrepreneurship innovation creativity in Indiana and I'm excited to see what they next year has to show hey thanks we are too and we appreciate the opportunity always to
